These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tripsil mobile application and related services (“Service”) operated by Ballphin Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India, with its registered office in Bengaluru, Karnataka (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using Tripsil, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Tripsil

Tripsil is a travel collaboration and memory management platform that enables users to plan trips and events, create and share itineraries, upload photos and media, chat with participants, track shared expenses and settlements, and store travel-related information. Tripsil is intended for personal, non-commercial use unless expressly authorized.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction), have the legal capacity to enter binding agreements, and provide accurate and complete registration information.

3. Account Registration And Security

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to failure to safeguard credentials.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, transmit, and display such content solely for operating and improving the Service. You agree not to upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.

5. Storage Plans And Subscriptions

Tripsil may offer free and paid subscription plans. Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds are subject to the respective platform policies. Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled.

6. Expense Tracking Disclaimer

Tripsil provides tools to track shared expenses and settlements. Tripsil is not a financial institution and does not guarantee payment enforcement between users. Users are solely responsible for financial disputes.

7. Data Hosting and International Transfers

Tripsil currently hosts infrastructure in the United States (AWS US-East-1 region). By using the Service, you consent to transfer and processing of your data in the United States and other jurisdictions where service providers operate.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the software, branding, design, and platform features belong to Ballphin Technologies Private Limited. Unauthorized copying or reverse engineering is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

10. Governing Law And jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru (Bangalore), Karnataka, India.
